Men in the audience were struggling to reach their goals. The surface-level answers — more motivation, better habits, tighter schedules — weren't the real issue. The real problem was buried underneath, and finding it required going directly to the source.

Before anything was built or sold, we needed to understand exactly what people were struggling with. Not what they said they needed — what they actually needed.

We ran over 30 free hour-long coaching calls before developing any strategy. The offer was simple: bring us your goals, tell us where you're stuck, and we'll help. No pitch. No agenda. Just listening. Person after person, with no knowledge of each other, described the exact same problem. Not a lack of knowledge. Not a lack of strategy. They knew what to do. They just couldn't stick to it long enough.

That insight — earned through 30+ conversations — became the foundation of the entire product. MGSD was an 8-week coaching program. Week one was goal-setting. Every week after that was accountability: check-ins, tracking, and direct support to make sure every participant stayed on the path they set.
